Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup peas
Cook ground beef and onions in medium frying pan. Drain fat. Add cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add frozen peas, mix and let simmer for 10-15 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over egg noodles or pasta.
