Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Defrost shrimp and remove tails if desired. Saute garlic and shallot until soft in oil and butter. Add parsley, lemon juice and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink and translucent. Serve over pasta.
